Return of Goods bought at Expert E-store
 
Customer can return the product to be used within 14 days from the date of purchase. In general, the products can be returned using Eesti Post service. In this case, Expert will bear the cost.
Expert does not bear the cost of returning products, which require different treatment. Such products include major household appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, cookers and ovens), more than 26 " TV-s and other large products.

Since the sender is responsible for returning goods, then please store the delivery documentation.
For faster and easier service, please send to us an invoice of purchase with contact details (customer name, address, telephone number and e-mail address).

The product can also be returned to the nearest Expert store. The money is transferred back to the same account from which the invoice was paid within 14 days after returning the goods.

The product must be unused and packed in original packaging. Packaging must be intact. The returning address or other similar data must not be attached directly to the product packaging. The returned product must be complete with all parts and accessories.
Gifts and other extras must be returned as well..
