Can I find the e-shop selection also at Expert home electronics stores?
Yes. An exception may be when a product in the store has run out. The situation may vary according to the size of the store.
Are e-shop prices different from store prices?
E-shop and store prices may vary. Certainly the prices are the same for specific products during campaigns.
Is it possible to add goods to the verified order?
Yes. It’s possible by sending e-mail to e-pood@expert.ee or calling 650 8785, giving your name, original order number and name of the product you wish to add.
What do I do if I did not find the desired product?
Expert is able to offer the whole range of products of all brands represented by us but only a part of the whole list of goods can be found in the e-shop. If you can not find a suitable product please visit the nearest Expert home electronics store, or send us an e-mail address and we will send you the desired product price as a personal offer.
Can I buy a set of kitchen devices from Expert?

Our sales consultant will contact you and prepare a personal offer. Kitchen equipment delivery will be offered at very competitive prices.
What should I do with used household appliances? How expensive is recycling?
According to Government Regulation no. 376 used home appliances and electronic devices are collected by Expert stores for free since August 2005. Devices must be intact and complete. Consumers have the right to bring the device to the nearest Expert store. Transport cost will be not compensated. Please find more information from nearest Expert store.
What Expert will do with customer personal information?
Your information provided to us is entered in the Expert Estonia AS Register. We will send our best customers special offers or will offer other benefits regarding our products and services. You can always request us to stop sending the new offers. If necessary, customers can later print out the invoices of purchase or guarantee documents. After a written request we will remove your data from the register. Our client registry can not be disclosed to third parties except in cases followed by the law.
