Principles of processing Customer data on the website

What is customer data?
Customer data is any information that is known to us about our clients (eg, customer name, ID number, contact information, transaction data).

What is the processing of customer data?
Customer Data processing is any operation with any customer data (including customer data collection, storage, maintenance, modification, access, search and retrieval, use, transfer, cross-checks, delete).

What is the purpose of processing customer data?
We process customer data in order to:
• meet with the clients' contract;
• protect the rights violated or contested (eg, data sent to the court);
• better understand the customers' expectations, and thus provide appropriate, quality services;
• meet our obligations under the legislation (eg,  national security institutions).
In which cases do we disclose customer information?
We only disclose customer information to third parties when we have obtained a contract or otherwise obtained the customer's consent or if we are required to publish information by law.

We disclose customer information to:
• Expert Group employees;
• other third parties when the customer has violated the contract. In that case, only information that is related to violating the contract will be shared.

How do we use customer information?
We will send the customers Expert Estonia or Expert Group offers.
Additionally we can send our customers special offers that are made by our carefully selected partners. Partners do not have access to customer information unless the customer has expressed an interest in specific goods or services of a partner.

Customers can contact us any time, in order to inform us if they do not wish to receive any personal offers.

How to change your customer information and to request the termination of data handling?
The customer has the right to access their customer data (by e-mail: e-pood@expert.ee or via phone 372 650 8785). If customer information has changed or is otherwise incorrect, the customer must notify us immediately (by e-mail: e-pood@expert.ee or via phone 372 650 8785).

The customer has the right to request the termination of data processing and / or deletion of collected data, according to Personal Data Protection Act or other legislation.
