Expert Estonia AS or Eesti Expert is part of the world's largest retailer of consumer electronics and household appliances, Expert International. We operate successfully in the Nordic region with more than 1,000 stores and we are the biggest regional dealers for several top-brands. History
Intercop GmbH, the predecessor of companies Global Expert Inc. and Expert International GmbH, was founded in Zurich, Switzerland on October 16, 1967 by the Danish, German, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch and Swiss retail firms. The main objective was to create a chain of volunteer retailers, combining professional customer service with high reliability. In March 30, 1971 the company was renamed Expert International GmbH and organisations from other countries began to join. The Expert trademark was registered internationally. As a result of the merge of companies Expert International GmbH, Switzerland; the Associated Volume Buyers (AVB), Los Angeles; Cantrex Group Inc., Montreal, Canada and Betta Stores Ltd, Australia the world's largest home electronics retail organization - EXPERT GLOBAL Inc. was formed. Expert consists of more than 7,400 stores in 22 countries around the world. Our market share in Europe will is assessed 10% of consumer electronics and 6% of household appliances. EXPERT Estonia - home appliances store with the best service!
In April 2009 the Estonian newspaper Äripäev published a summary of a service quality study, organized by an independent research company OÜ Dive. The study included a number of stores such as Euronics, Enter, Entre, Klick and Mikromaailm. Among all participants Expert Estonia received the first place. During the study sellers' behaviour was evaluated both in the store as well as in telephone and e-mail services.
